New for summer 2009-2010, 114 on Waipapa is delighted to offer The Cottage, simply lovely spacious, self-contained accommodation. There is a king-sized bed, with a double futon available in the sitting room. A delicious breakfast is provided. The private terraces face north for afternoon sun and overlook sweeping lawns and gardens of native and tropical plantings. We also offer three private ensuite rooms in the main house. 114 is close to the historic Stone Store basin & is centrally located for you to discover the beautiful Bay of Islands and the beaches, forests, cafes and wineries of Kerikeri and wider Northland.
